Install Telephony library on Palm

1. Take out battery and put it back reboot the device;
2. Keep press "up" until the system is ready for use;
3. Plug in debug cable and start Palm Os Debugger;
4. Use the button with the magnifying glass plus hotsync to get it into 68kdebugger mode;
5. In Palm Debugger, go Source -> Install Database and Load Symbol ->,select telephone library

Notes:
From the window on the right of PalmOs Debugger try typing ping. it should show "Ready..."
